Black Series Campers & Caravans is one of Australia’s leading camper and caravan manufacturers, with more than 10 years’ experience and over 11,000 units sold nationally so far.

/ The Objective

Black Series Campers & Caravans engaged DIJGTAL to grow their online presence and increase sales across its showrooms nationwide.

They wanted to maintain and increase return on investment (ROI) through various campaigns via search engineand social media marketing, as well as develop a supported content program for national brand activation and awareness. This, they hoped, would drive traffic to on-site stores, and foster a unique online community.

/ Approach

For this client, we implemented a complete, end-to-end digital marketing strategy. This was developed and managed daily to drive monthly sales via tailored campaigns, to engage the audience online, plus increase enquiries and walk-in traffic for camper and caravan purchases.

We complete a variety of regular activities on a weekly basis, including email and SMS campaigns, competitions and giveaways, content creation, and customer acquisition.
